Reviews and Ratings
The hotel boasts stunning views of the Dead Sea and mountains from the rooms, some of which feature a balcony. The rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge and a coffee/tea maker, ensuring a pleasant stay with a clean environment and a comfortable bed. However, the service, particularly during breakfast, fell short of expectations with rude and inattentive staff. The location, right on the beach, offers breathtaking views but lacks adequate seating arrangements. The dining experience is pleasant with delicious food, yet major improvements are needed. Despite its drawbacks, the hotel provides valuable amenities and facilities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had a mini-fridge and coffee/tea maker, which was convenient. However, the service was lacking as we had to request drinks and serve them ourselves, and the check-out process was not very hospitable. The location near the Dead Sea was lovely, but the hotel closed an hour early without explanation, and the dining options were mediocre. The facilities were average overall.
The hotel rooms were spacious, with a balcony and fully refurbished, offering a great shower and bath. They were clean and comfortable with amazing views, although could be in better shape. The service was excellent, very customer-oriented, and accommodating, but there were some limitations regarding upgrades and late checkout. The location was good, with its own beach and proximity to the newly built Dead Sea Mall, though somewhat limited in dining options. The dining experience, unfortunately, was chaotic and probably the worst breakfast in the area. Overall, a friendly staff, great location, but dining and room conditions need improvement.
When we stayed at the hotel in April, the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, but there were grave concerns over the unsecured internet. Access to the 'business lounge' was a great escape from the crowded restaurant, making the stay enjoyable overall.
Staying in a suite here was an unforgettable experience. The room was not only comfortable, clean, and spacious but also offered a balcony overlooking the water, providing me with a breathtaking sight of the rising Sun. The service at the restaurant was extremely helpful and welcoming, showing genuine hospitality. The location right on the shore of the Dead Sea was truly convenient with the sea shore just in front of the hotel. The dining experience offered a variety of cheeses, pastries, and eggs, though the absence of smoked salmon was a small disappointment. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall stay.
The hotel offers a perfect view of the Dead Sea from the 3rd floor, right above the swimming pool. The rooms were exactly as expected with a double bed. While the shouting in Arabic among the waiters was a bit distracting, the overall experience was pleasant.
