The hotel boasts stunning views of the Dead Sea and mountains from the rooms, some of which feature a balcony. The rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge and a coffee/tea maker, ensuring a pleasant stay with a clean environment and a comfortable bed. However, the service, particularly during breakfast, fell short of expectations with rude and inattentive staff. The location, right on the beach, offers breathtaking views but lacks adequate seating arrangements. The dining experience is pleasant with delicious food, yet major improvements are needed. Despite its drawbacks, the hotel provides valuable amenities and facilities.

The service at the restaurant was extremely helpful and welcoming, showing genuine hospitality. The location right on the shore of the Dead Sea was truly convenient with the sea shore just in front of the hotel. The dining experience offered a variety of cheeses, pastries, and eggs, though the absence of smoked salmon was a small disappointment. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall stay.
